I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer wirral and have over 19 years’ experience as a Wirral personal trainer. As well as my passion for helping others in their pursuit of personal fitness, I am a qualified Level 2 Triathlon and Duathlon coach and have coached many athletes of different ability levels. As a qualified Olympic Lifting and Strength and Conditioning Coach, I can develop specific strength plans designed to help athletes improve across a range of sporting disciplines.

In-depth consultation and physical assessment
The all-important first step will be for me to get to know you. This will allow me to learn about your current health and fitness levels, understand your goals and aspirations and to discuss how we can organise a tailored fitness programme in a way that is convenient for you. After this initial assessment, we will move onto a physical assessment to gather more specific information such as your range of movement and flexibility, body composition, body measurements and fitness testing.

Based on your initial consultation and physical assessment, I will design a fitness programme that will help you reach your personal goals and get you there effectively in a way that will minimise risk of injury. This will be organised in a way that works for you, taking into account your personal commitments and fitting in with your lifestyle. This will be reviewed at the start of every session to allow for any necessary alterations to be made based on current progress, also ensuring the plan still fits with your lifestyle and commitments.

questions?
To help you reach your short, mid and long term fitness goals a Personal Trainer will support, advise and help to motivate you to achieve this. Regular professional advice is given on your technique to avoid injuries.
The sessions are 60 minutes long and 1-2 sessions per week is recommended to achieve your goals.
Training sessions are held at a fully equipped studio or an online Zoom meeting.
Yes training sessions can be done online over zoom. These will be 30 minute sessions from the comfort of your own home.
All the equipment required for any type of training session is provided at the studio. If you have chosen to train online I will tailor a workout around the equipment and space that you have.

I require 24 hours to cancel a session. If you cancel within 24 hours of a session, the full amount will be charged.
