Not all personal training programmes are created equally. As an experienced level 2 certified British triathlon coach I understand that you need a training programme designed to work with your lifestyle and get you to your desired outcome in the most effective way possible. We are individuals, each with different strengths and weaknesses and the paths we take to reach our goals are unique.
During your initial assessment, we will complete a NEEDS analysis for a systematic and thorough approach to identifying your key strengths and weaknesses. This, along with discussion of your individual aims, lifestyle and commitments will allow me to design an effective and meaningful personal training programme that works for you. An online approach also allows for communication at a time that is convenient for you, wherever in the world you are.
We will evaluate your progress as you move through your triathlon training plan via the TrainingPeaksTM website, a great tool for scheduling your workouts and recording results. The TrainingPeaksTM platform is compatible with most fitness apps and devices that you may already be using. Regular online Zoom sessions will be scheduled to allow discussion about your training, provide feedback and to evaluate the effectiveness of your training programme. We will also discuss changes or revisions to your triathlon training plan that may be necessary based on changes to your sporting aims or personal commitments.

Firstly you will require a training plan from an experienced and qualified coach. This is structured around your physical ability and long term goals. Regular contact is required to discuss problems if they occur which will reduce the risk of over and under training. The plan is specifically designed around your busy work and family life.
I am a level 2 British Triathlon coach and have over 14 years of competitive triathlon experience and have raced at various distances from sprint through to Ironman competitions. I have just completed my first Ultra Marathon and have also represented Great Britain in the European and World Championships.
All plans will be put onto the training peaks platform.
All key sessions will be analysed and appropriate feedback given. Each ‘A’ race will be analysed and an action plan given.
As well as regular progress reviews you can contact me anytime if changes are needed. This can be via WhatsApp, text or email.
